The property manager is a bully she will bully anybody she can if she cant get you out legally she will make something up. The places are full of mice and pest, many repairs just left unrepaired for years. I spoke with another resident yesterday who said they have had a hole in their bathroom ceiling for 3 years with constant work orders being put in it was never fixed. she cant keep Maintenance staff their they all quit on her because management and C does not care about nothing but the dollars coming in . The basement apartments are full of mold they flood and management does nothing but rent them to the next person without the problem being fixed.
