To determine if your household is qualified to live on our property you must meet certain criteria. Members will be asked to disclose information relating to income, family size and financial assets, which will then be verified by a third party. The household must meet the acceptance criteria and have an annual household income that is less then the Maximum Income Limit as published by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The LIHTC gives incentives to builders and developers to provide affordable housing to low income persons. The maximum rent charged is based on the AMI, Area Median Income. There are 8 low income one bedroom apartments located here.
